Vintage Attributed Toriart Emperor Penguin Trio Sculpture on Wood Base. Unmarked vintage emperor penguin trio sculpture mounted on a solid wood oval base. The original foil maker’s label is missing. During research, two of the three penguins were found to closely match cataloged. ANRI Toriart emperor penguin models 13572/C and 13574/C. While this suggests a possible Toriart attribution, the original maker cannot be confirmed. Despite extensive research, I was unable to locate another example of the third penguin shown on the right, or this three-penguin grouping. The sculpture is mounted on its original solid wood oval display base with original felt feet. Overall height: approximately 4 5/8. Base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/4″. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The sculpture sits flat with no wobble. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.

Brass, swan neck drawer handles. Gargoyles are carved in high-relief. An extra large center cabinet coupled with a single drawer add even more storage space. Two large side cabinets offer abundant storage, as do the 3 top drawers. 4 front carved ball and claw feet are on wood casters, and 2 back block feet also with wood casters.
