Vintage wood hand carved Jesus Christ on cross. Was told it was from the late 40’s it does have some minor scratches with wear and tear due to its age. There is a small opening at the left armpit, it looks like it has been reattached. Overall it is a majestic piece.

This is a very unique and rare piece of Guatemala folk art. Hand carved wooden sculpture of Jesus Christ on the crucifix. It was like that when I got it from an estate sale. It is also tilting but still sturdy, so maybe it was intended that way.
