Sven was a furniture maker in Sweden, who turned his carving hobby into a career in the 1930s. This sculpture measures 6.5 inches in height and 2.5 inches in width. Vintage Signed GUNNARSSON Wood Flat Plane Carving Man Sleeping on Bench. This piece is AWESOME! Looking at him, you can imagine this guy snoring loudly during his deep sleep nap. THIS FIGURINE IS 4 1/2″ TALL X 8″ WIDE (Bench) – 4 DEEP. Aint and areas of the finish have wear as expected with an item of this age.
