Up for consideration is a fine hand carved model of a saddle by Western Artist William M. (1936-) The piece measures 24 inches in height and is in excellent untouched condition. It has an old brass plaque on the front and is signed on the bottom of the saddle. Likewise there is a card taped to the base and some literature that accompanies the piece. The piece sits on a stand and pivots around on a dowel as one can take the piece off or just spin it around. It really is quite a fascinating work of Art. It looks like it is leather but it is actually wood. Comes from a nice old estate and was kept very well in a humidity controlled smoke free environment.
