T his is an authentic carousel horse carved out of solid rosewood and delicately painted ALL by hand by a master carver here in California decades ago by S&S Woodcarvers. This beautiful horse and many others were providing joyful rides for decades on elaborately designed life size merry-go-rounds. The metal pole is solid brass. The base is solid Pine Rosa. The eyes are real glass. The condition is very great to excellent. This unique piece of art measures: 36 inches wide by 61 inches high(57 inches up to the saddle). A signed Certificate Of Authenticity can be provided at no additional cost. This is truly a family heirloom.
