? VINTAGE MID-CENTURY PACIFIC NORTHWEST COAST FIRST NATIONS HAND-CARVED TOTEM??? Up for sale is an exceptional, beautifully preserved vintage Pacific Northwest Coast First Nations model totem pole. This premium totem features an intricate, deeply undercut vertical sequence of 7 classic stylized figures. The carving execution is superb, featuring traditional bold formline painted accents in historical black, deep red, and cream tones that highlight the expressive eyes and facial structures of the crest figures. ? MASTERFUL 7-FIGURE SEQUENCE (TOP TO BOTTOM). Eagle / Thunderbird (Crowing Crown Head). Human Ancestor / Chief Figure. Deeply Undercut Crouching Frog (Stunning open center cut). Killer Whale / Orca (Base Anchor wrapping forward). ? SCULPTURE DETAILS & EXACT DIMENSIONS. Culture/Style: Pacific Northwest Coast First Nations (Kwakiutl style). Reverse Surface: Features an old, superficial dark rectangular smudge/stain on the upper back portion from a historical sticker/label removal decades ago (clearly documented in the photos).
