Sculpture is in great condition and looks amazing, I just don’t have room for it. It does have some wear, small scratches, and dust from sitting in a shelf but overall it’s amazing.

DESCRIPTION Unusual and nicely executed folk art carving of a parrot, most likely Jamaican. I would date this carving to the mid 20th century although it shows good age and could be earlier. The wood is a very heavy tropical wood with original varnish and a nice warm patina. Nice folky touch of a heart carved on the tail. Please see my other auctions for more neat parrot items.
