DESCRIPTION: Read full description including measurements before purchasing. SMALL Antique Vintage stool from Ethiopia Africa. This is a small Ethiopian 3 legged stool. It is carved from 1 piece of wood. Although a small stool, many today are used as sculptural art. It could even be used as a pedestal. It is a 3 legged Ethiopian stool. This primitive piece has excellent patina. Smaller than others I have seen. Although exact age is unknown I would safely say 50 to 100 years old. My guestimate would be this is from the early 1900s. The piece features a concave round stool top on 3 curved legs. Antique Vintage African stool. Good condition for age. All carved from 1 piece of wood. Hand carved with lots of old tool marks. No breaks or repairs. Natural shrinkage age crack on stool(structurally sound). Beautiful sculptural piece, a work of art on its own. Measures 8 1/4″ in diameter and about 7 1/4″ tall. We have been long time collectors and dealers of early English Transferware, Quality 19th century furniture, and Victoriana. We always strive to describe the items to the best of our abilities.
