A Truly Unique Pair of Hand Carved Stylized Mid Century Wood Sculptures. I absolutely love these. They have a cool Abstract Picasso Vibe to them. Featuring Simplified Shapes with the perfect pop of color in the design. Each is attached to a block wood base. They would look great displayed on mantel, shelf or console table. One of a Kind Set for sure! Size: Tall figure: 12 5/8″ tall , shorter figure: 9″. There are a few small paint smudges that look to be original to the piece. These were sealed with varnish and in a few areas it has turned a little yellow but not bad. A few minor scuffs/ scratches/ nicks. One piece has writing on the bottom which looks like Spanish or Italian and there was also a date but it is no longer legible. The base on the taller one is not totally level and it is able to teeter a little but stands fine.
