This vintage Star Trek sculpture is a unique piece of mid-century modernism art. Handmade from rich brown walnut wood, it features a glossy finish and free carving technique. The sculpture depicts an abstract design with an oval type egg surrounded by an encompassing cradle giving it a Star Trek feeling. You might hear Captain Kirk say ” Beam me up Scotty ” and you can be transported to another world. Measuring 14 inches in width, and 39 inches in height, this large sculpture is perfect for any room and occasion. Although it was manufactured in the 1960s, it remains in its original form and is a great addition to any Art or Star Trek collection. Unsigned and in excellent condition some cracks in the wood are a sign of age and temperature change. This is pre-owned and I have had it for 25 years.
