Set of 2 WITCO Framed Hand Sculpted Children Reading & Playing. Hard to find, set of both the (W-68 Boy with Book & W-69 Girl with Doll) with identical framing. Hand Carved Boy is highlighted with a Deep Coral Shirt, Yellow Book & Faded Blue Pants. Hand Carved Girl Is highlighted with a Vibrant Orange Shirt & Turquoise Blanket. Both are Identically Framed in an open Shadow Box Frame with textured linen Back Covering. The Carvings are Mounted on top of a Dark Walnut Laminate Panel. Each piece weighs approx. Boy 32″ x 13″. Girl 29″ x 14″. Condition : There are normal light signs of age and use to Frame, Panel and Carvings. The background fabric on the girl has some light moisture discoloration in the bottom right hand corner. These pieces were sculpted out of natural wood and enhanced by the inherent Uniqueness of Nature. None of these are distracting nor take away from the beauty of the pieces.
