Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an wonderful vintage sculptural wood floor lamp manufactured by MODELINE. Base is tall, and is constructed of black painted wood. The round opaque glass globe that fits over the light socket is nestled into the designed curvature of the wood base surrounding it. We did not detect any labels or signatures – maybe something under the protective felt on the bottom of the base. Measurements: The lamps stands approx. 59.75″ tall x 9.25″ deep (measured at the bottom of the base) x 13 wide (again, measured at the bottom of the base). The round opaque glass shade has a diameter of approx. The on/off push switch is located on the side of the base approx. 12 from the bottom. There are signs of minor paint loss in areas (please see photos). It can very easily be touched up, or just left alone – we felt it displayed nicely as it is, so we chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. The opaque glass globe shows some light signs of wear – it could benefit from a gentle cleaning. It is free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is protective green felt on the underside of the base to prevent scratching.
