This wonderfully abstract Dogon mask was collected by a Peace Corps volunteer in the late 1970s and it was quite old at that time. Measuring 12 tall x 7 wide x 4 ½ deep, the piece has use-worn and weathered dry wood finish with shrinkage cracks and a large chip/chunk missing at the top. The holes on the sides appear to have been drilled WITHOUT modern bit and the inside looks use-worn as well. The item “Vintage Early Middle 1900s Dogon African Mask Mid Century Sculpture carving” is in sale since Monday, November 26, 2018. This item is in the category “Antiques\Periods & Styles\Mid-Century Modernism”. The seller is “hank503″ and is located in Huntington, Indiana. This item can be shipped to United States, Australia.
