Fantastic Vintage Folk Art Carving, Male Child Portrait Sculpture. Wooden Statue carved by Lou Rappaport, dated 1980. Incredible details and carving techniques, with tactile surface treatment. Large and in charge at 20 tall. A short Bio is included on Rappaport, who turned to Carving after his retirement from the Financial Field. I love the Mid-Century Danish feel of this piece.
