Rare large vintage stunning wood sculpture of a group of birds/ducks on a large rain tree root. Inscribed at the wood master artist Ketut Widia from Mas Bali, a student of the renowned Bagus Tilem. He has been featured in various exhibitions and highly sought by collectors, additionally a sculpture was confirmed in Tilem Gallery workshop. A true artist whose works are abstract, dreamlike and introspective in his sculptures as tools of expression. This large handcarved sculpture showcases the intricate carving style of the renowned artist showcasing his use of natural grains of sugar wood tamarind, teak and sandalwood with the use of a rather large natural textured base large rain tree root, his skill in integrating art with the natural forms.
