A Rare antique Italian carved wood articulated Saint figure with glass eyes, 18th or early 19th century. This polychrome saint is in good condition overall and is very well rendered. Loses to both arms and to paint. Paint to face and legs looks original, body looks to have been repainted at some point. Arms move and can come out of sockets. Just the right amount of wear makes for a lovely patina. Ships well packed and fully insured.
